Refund Policy

Returns for Customer Remorse

We accept returns for customer remorse only under the following conditions:

  • The item must be new and unused.

  • If the item has a manufacturer seal, it must remain unopened.

  • The item must not be damaged due to customer handling or use.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all original accessories.

For returns due to customer remorse, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs.

International Exchanges and Returns

Due to the high costs associated with international shipping, we cannot provide exchanges or returns for international orders. Please refer to the sizing charts provided on each product listing to ensure you select the correct size.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will provide a replacement after verification. In such cases:

  • You have 30 days from the day after you receive your order to return the item for a refund or replacement.

  • This policy also applies to items that become faulty within 30 days of receipt.

  • Return shipping costs for damaged, incorrect, or dysfunctional items will be covered by us through a prepaid return label.

Exchanging Items Due to Incorrect Sizing

If you order the wrong size, you may exchange the item by following these steps:

  1. Return the original shirt or hoodie in new condition to CC Production Company (please email us for the return address).

  2. Send us a photo of the tracking number for the returned item.

  3. Once received, we will ship out the correct size.

For exchanges due to incorrect sizing, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs. Please ensure the item is packed carefully and neatly before sending it back.

Cancelling an Order

You can cancel your order within 24 hours, provided the item(s) have not yet been shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, please follow the return policies outlined above based on your reason for return.

Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived and at least two days have passed since the expected delivery date, please contact our customer service team via email at superalienmovie.com. Allow up to five business days for us to investigate the issue with the courier service.

If we cannot locate the shipment after the investigation, we will declare it lost. In such cases, you will have the option to receive a full refund or a replacement.

Refund Process

Refunds will be initiated after the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse. Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and issued to your original method of payment.
